Afin de faciliter l’accès au site à tous les festivaliers, il est très important de télécharger dès maintenant votre billet sur votre téléphone intelligent.

À partir de votre téléphone intelligent, Connectez-vous à votre compte Ticketmaster ou téléchargez l’application officielle de Ticketmaster.

Dans l’onglet « mes billets », sélectionnez votre événement et visualisez votre billet (ajoutez à Apple Wallet/Google Pay si vous le souhaitez)

À votre arrivée à l’événement, soyez prêts à nous montrer votre billet à partir de votre téléphone. Assurez-vous au préalable que la pile de votre appareil soit pleinement chargée. N’oubliez pas, les captures d’écran et les impressions ne sont pas valides.

Si vous devez transférer un billet ou accepter un transfert de billet pour le Festival Fuego Fuego sur la plateforme de Ticketmaster, assurez-vous de le faire avant le début de l’événement, soit le 27 août à midi (12 h). Il ne vous sera plus possible de transférer ou d’accepter un billet une fois l’événement commencé.

En transport en commun

Plusieurs lignes d’autobus passent tout près du Parc Olympique. Vous pouvez utiliser le planificateur de trajet de la STM afin de planifier vos déplacements.

Nous vous conseillons fortement d’acheter votre titre de retour en transport en commun à l’avance afin d’accélérer le processus à la fin du festival.

Les portes ouvrent à 12h30 et ferment à 21h.
