General information

Please take the time to review our recently updated FAQ to make sure you are well prepared for your arrival to the festival. You’ll find key information such as a list of permitted and prohibited items, accepted forms of ID, code of conduct, and other important information.

Bag policy

NO backpacks, purses, or bags are allowed to be brought into the festival grounds, EXCEPT for the following: * Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that are no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ * One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, such as Ziploc bags (or similar.) * Small clutch bags (that are approximately the size of a hand), not exceeding 4.5″ x 6.5″, with or without a handle or strap. * Clear plastic hydration packs (empty upon entry), such as clear plastic CamelBak bags or similar. Electronic passes

To speed up your entry to the festival, it is important to download your tickets to your phone right now.

To do this, log in to your Ticketmaster account or download the official application. In the “my tickets” tab, select the event and add your tickets to your digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Pay). Adding them to (Apple Wallet/Google Pay) allows you to access your ticket without a network or Wi-Fi connection.

Your mobile phone will serve as your entry ticket, so make sure it is sufficiently charged before arriving at the venue.

Opening and closing of the festival doors

The festival gates open each day at the specified festival hours and close at 10:00 PM. It is important to plan your arrival accordingly to ensure access to the venue before the gates close.

After 10:00 PM, no entry will be possible.

Accepted payment methods

To facilitate your experience at the festival, we accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

How to get to the festival:

General Admission entrance: 2727 Boul. Pie-IX

Each individual entering the General Admission, will be required to show a minimum of one (1) accepted form of ID with no exception.

To consume alcohol, General Admission pass holders aged 18 and older must wear a “18+ verified” bracelet obtained at the verification tent by presenting two (2) accepted forms ID’s.

VIP, Media, Industrie, Booth entrance: 3000 Viau Street

Each individual entering the VIP, Industry and booth sections will be required to show two (2) accepted forms of IDs with no exception.

Public Transportation

VIP, Industry, Box Office/Table, and Media Pass Holders: Use the Pie-IX metro station.

Several bus lines pass near the Olympic Park. You can use the STM’s trip planner to plan your journeys.

We strongly advise you to purchase your round-trip public transportation ticket in advance to expedite the process at the end of the festival.

General Admission Pass Holders: Use the Pie-IX metro station.

VIP, Industry, Box Office/Table, and Media Pass Holders: Use the Viau metro station.
